Expondo a base do logaritmo (pois quando a base é omitida subintende-se que seja base 10), aí temos:
[tex]f(x)=Log _{10} \frac{2x+4}{3x} [/tex]
Como [tex]f(x)=0[/tex], vem:
[tex]Log _{10} \frac{2x+4}{3}=0 [/tex]
Aplicando a definição de Log, temos:
[tex] \frac{2x+4}{3x}=10 ^{0} [/tex]
[tex] \frac{2x+4}{3x} =1[/tex]
[tex]2x+4=1*3x[/tex]
[tex]2x+4=3x[/tex]
[tex]4=3x-2x[/tex]
[tex]x=4[/tex]
